It helps track the properties, finance and current position on the board so that the players can enjoy an uninterrupted game of Monopoly without thinking about the unnecessary details. The skill is only meant to act as a helper and it doesn't intend to replace the board game in anyway. It is meant to be a mere assistant while the players plays the game physically with the actual board and manage the micro-details.
