MY21 is an interactive game that helps players build good habits by motivating them to spend 20 minutes a day for 21 days practicing an activity of their choice.
Some use MY21 to introduce regular workouts or meditation, others - to try something completely new (painting, coding) or finally finish an online course started a year ago.
20 minutes is your minimum. If you feel like spending more - please do, but don’t tire yourself - the game objective is to complete 21 active days.
You’ll play with a virtual guide, Sam, sharing reports once your daily activity is complete. If you don’t check in, the game will automatically restart from Day #1.
MY21 can also track your energy levels throughout the 21-day cycle. Your responses will be summed up in a convenient report at the end of the game & never shared with anyone but you.

HOW TO USE:
1. Ask Alexa to “Open MY 21”.
2. Tell MY21 what you want to do & start the game.
3. During the next 21 day, dedicate at least 20 minutes a day to the chosen Activity.
4. Share daily reports with MY21 - with or without reminder.
5. (Optionally): share your daily energy levels to receive a summary report at the end.
The game objective is to complete 21 active days.
Please remember: If you don't report in, the game will restart from day #1.
