Do you have a kid that ask you how many minutes (s)he reads or how many minutes left every five minutes? If you do, you will love this skill.
This skill allows you to start a reading timer (for a known duration) or a stopwatch. You can ask the amount of time past time or time left. After you stopped the timer, the reading time is logged. You can also ask it how many minutes you have read in a period, like this week, this month, this year, etc.
Usage:
* Start a reading timer: "Alexa, ask My Book Log to start timer for thirty minutes", "Alexa, ask My Book Log to start timing me" or "Alexa, tell My Book Log I am reading a book". * Ask the passed/left time: "Alexa, ask My Book Log how long have I been reading", "Alexa, ask My Book Log how much time is left". * Pause, cancel or resume the reading timer: "Alexa, ask My Book Log to [cancel/pause/resume] the reading timer". * Stop the reading timer and log the reading time: "Alexa, tell My Book Log my reading is finished", "Alexa, tell My Book Log I finished reading"
* Hear the reading time report: "Alexa, ask My Book Log to report my reading times for [today/yesterday/last week/this week/last month/this month/this year]".
* Log your reading time manually: "Alexa, tell My Book Log I have read for sixty minutes".
Note: This skill doesn't record any personal data like names, email addresses, etc.
