The “My Cardio skill for Amazon Alexa" lets you ask your personal vital signs data in the privacy of your own home without the need for a wearable tracker, e.g. “Alexa, what are the vitals of Henry Smith?”
Cardio features real-time heart rate, respiratory rate, stress (heart rate variability) and motion when used with the Cardio sensor.
Use command “Alexa, Open My Cardio” to start using the skill.
Ask “Alexa, what are the stats of Henry Smith?” to receive real-time heart rate, respiratory rate, stress (heart rate variability).
Ask Alexa for individual features, e.g. “Alexa, what is the heart rate of Henry Smith?” or “Alexa, what is Henry Smith’s heart rate?”
