With the skill, you can raise/lower your desk, set a default standing/sitting height, In addition, you can ask Alexa to remind you to stand up/sit down after a period of time. You can also ask Alexa how long you have standing/sitting/sporting today. Those are some example utterance.
Raise/lower desk: (1) "Alexa, ask my desk to raise to 42 inches" (2) "Alexa, ask my desk to lower to 31 inches"
If you have set default standing /sitting height, you can raise/lower desk to default height by saying: (1) "Alexa, ask my desk to raise" (2) "Alexa, ask my desk to lower"
Set default standing/sitting height If you want to set a default standing/sitting height, you can say: (1) "Alexa, ask my desk to set a default standing height to forty two inches" (2) "Alexa, ask my desk to set my default sitting height to thirty inches"
Get standing/sitting/moving time (1) "Alexa, ask my desk how long I have been standing today" (2) "Alexa, ask my desk tell me the time I have been sitting today" (3) "Alexa, ask my desk for moving time" (4) "Alexa, ask my desk how much time I have been standing today"
Set a remind of standing/sitting (1) "Alexa, ask my desk to remind me to stand up in 20 minutes" (2) "Alexa, ask my desk to inform me to sit down 20 minutes later"
