How to use "My Expense Report from QuickBooks"?

For the very first time, you need to connect your QuickBooks account with this skill. There is two ways to connect your QuickBooks account:
- There is "Link Account" button in the skill page
- There is an "Account Linking" card sent to your Alexa App after launching My Expense Report for the first time.

Then, you can say:
- "Alexa, open My Expense Report"
- "Alexa, start My Expense Report"
- "Alexa, play My Expense Report"
