Maintain your own Journal with Alexa. You can create or delete entries or have Alexa read them out loud. Find old entries using the search function or have Alexa read to you what was a year ago today.
For the journal you need a Google account where your data is saved. Alexa will help you link this skill to your Google account. The journal entries are then saved in a Google spreadsheet called "Journal", which you can easily edit with the Google Apps.
