An interactive tool for the elder crowd (aging-in-place, assisted living, etc) that keeps interactions with them and their family plus monitors their health and mental state. My Life will also remind of calendar events, cite their local weather, offer news and information and much more. Over time, My Life learns the user's "profile" (hobbies, interests, books, and much more) and uses that as part of the dialog, including asking for shopping-items etc.
Key to My Life is the "care circle" which is a set of members that will help manage the user. Typically they are child-of, grandchildren, old friends, health professionals. The care-circle interacts by sending SMS messages to My Life, which My Life converts to voice, and my life will listen for the user to send messages back translated from voice to SMS. This is an extremely easy way for the care-circle members to ask questions or provide simple and frequent contact.
Care-circle members are also notified about various conditions. It could be as simple as requests to pick up some grocery items, or it could be more related to the user's health or mental state. A key element of My Life is the ability to execute free-format "surveys" which have multiple questions and multiple validated answers and the results sent to the care circle.
