Tired of using paper forms to track your sleep quality? With My Sleep Log, there's no need to pull up records or write things down – Alexa can log it all for you.
When you use My Sleep Log with Alexa, you'll answer a few simple questions twice per day: once in the morning when you get up, and again at night when you get ready for bed. The data you collect can help show how your sleep affects – and is affected by – your daily life.
- When you get up in the morning, say: "Alexa, ask My Sleep Log for the morning questions." - When you're ready to go to bed, say, "Alexa, ask My Sleep Log for the night questions."
Just two weeks of sleep and behavioral tracking can generate enough data to reveal factors affecting your sleep. The longer you use My Sleep Log, the better you’ll understand your sleep patterns.
To begin using My Sleep Log, you'll need to create an account using your Amazon login credentials. Follow the instructions you receive in your Alexa app after you enable the My Sleep Log skill.
You can also use My Sleep Log online. View a complete record of your sleep entries on MySleepLog.com, where you can also explore data patterns behind your sleep habits.
