HOW DO I NAVIGATE BETWEEN EXERCISES? After the skill has been launched, you may navigate between exercises at your leisure by simply saying something like, “let’s review paced breathing”. You will also find various other voice navigation examples you may use to invoke skills listed below. Don’t worry too much about this as the app does an excellent job of guiding you through each skill transition when necessary, making the flow both simple and clean for any user.
