No Thanks is an exciting multiplayer card game that can be played with 3 to 7 humans or computer controlled players. Alexa will take on the role of the computer controlled players. The goal of the game is to get the fewest points possible. The lowest score wins the game. There are 33 cards in the deck and they are valued 3 to 35. The cards will be shuffled together to begin the game, and then 9 cards will be secretly removed from the deck. No player will know which numbers have been removed from the deck and the remaining 24 cards will form the draw deck. Each card in the game is worth its face value in points. Each player will start with a certain amount of chips in their possession. You can give up one of your chips which will allow you to pass in having to take the active card. In addition any chips you have left at the end will also subtract one point per chip from your total score. You start your turn with one available face up card. You can take the card or you can say No Thanks and pass on taking the card but you must have a chip to place on the card in order to pass on it. If you take the card you also get any of the chips on the card. When you do take cards, you ultimately want them in sequential runs because runs are scored only by the number of the lowest valued card in the run. After you've taken a card you then flip over a new active card from the deck and continue your turn making this same decision again. You must have a chip left to say No Thanks and pass on a card, otherwise you will have to take the card. Remember the lowest score wins the game!
