North Carolina Scanner

Listen to LIVE police, fire, EMS, railroad and airport scanner feeds in North Carolina.

1) Simply say "Alexa, open North Carolina Scanner", and the currently most listened to scanner in North Carolina will be played.

2) If you want to listen to another scanner say "Alexa, ask North Carolina Scanner to lookup scanner". And you will be prompted for a zip code for the location of the scanner you want to listen to.

Note, North Carolina zip codes are in the range of 27006 - 28909.

3) You will then be asked which scanner type, Police, Fire, EMS, Rail or Airport, you would like to listen. Respond, "Alexa, 'scanner type'.

4) Next, a numbered list of scanners names based on the zip code and scanner type will be provided. To choose a scanner, Respond, "Alexa option 'option number'". And the selected live scanner will be streamed.

To pause or stop a streaming scanner, say "Alexa, Pause", or "Alexa, Stop", This will stop the currently playing scanner. To resume playing, say "Alexa, resume" or "Alexa, play".

Note some scanners depending on time of day and activity a quiet for periods of time.
