Talk to Alexa from the comfort of your living room for your everyday banking needs. Whether you need information about Numerica Credit Union or move $50 to your Savings accounts in a jiffy, just ask Alexa to do it for you.
You’ll need to log in with your Online/Mobile Banking username and password to link your bank account to this skill using either the Alexa app on your phone or alexa.amazon.com in your web browser. For your security, you’ll be asked to set up a four-digit voice key.
Here are few things you can ask Alexa: • “Alexa, ask Numerica Credit Union for the routing number.” • “Alexa, ask Numerica Credit Union what to do if I’ve lost my debit card.”
To access your accounts, launch the skill by saying • “Alexa, open Numerica Credit Union”
You’ll be asked to authenticate yourself using your four-digit voice key. Then you can try the following: • "How much money do I have?" • "What's the balance in my savings account?" • "Transfer twenty dollars from savings to checking” • "Pay my credit card” • "Make a mortgage payment” • "When is my L.O.C. payment due?” • "How much is my auto loan payment?”
If you need help during the course of a conversation, say “Help” to ask Alexa for assistance.
When you make a transfer or a payment, you will receive a confirmation card in the Alexa App. To see it, open the Alexa App, tap the "More" tab, then select "Activity".
