Description
This skill allows you to control your otohom devices with simple voice commands, e.g. "Turn on living room lights". You'll need to set up otohom smart touch in-wall switches/sensors with an otohom pro account in order to use this skill. Set individual names for each lighting appliances/sensors (bedroom lamp, kitchen light, main door sensor etc.). otohom pro skill help user to control the device (ie. on/off, brightness control, Fan speed control etc) over Alexa. To get started, select the "Enable Skill" button in Alexa App to link your otohom pro account and, say "Alexa, discover devices" to discover devices. Here’s a step by step setup guide: 1 . Download our "otohom pro" app from Google Play or iOS App Store;
2. Launch the app and register a new account (or login if you’re already registered);
3. Add devices using "Add" section of the phone application (Only during commissioning) , Name each devices 4. Turn on otohom devices and connect them with “otohom” app;
5. IMPORTANT: You can rename the devices with otohom pro App. So if you rename a smart light “Living Light”, then Echo will get that same name after discovered the devices in Step 10;
6. Download Amazon "Alexa" app from Amazon Market, Google Play or iOS App Store, and connect Echo with "Alexa" app;
7. Search the Alexa Skills directory for "otohom pro";
8. Click Enable skill of "otohom pro", then input your account username, password and region on the linking page; use otohom pro phone application login for account linking 9. Click "“Alexa,discover devices.”. Wait till "Discover is completed";
10. Now all setup is done. Try talk to Alexa to control your devices. Here are some of the amazing voice commands otohom has: Lights:
* Alexa, turn on my master light
* Alexa, turn on my living room light Fan
* Alexa, Turn on my living room fan
