For any of your accounts you can easily create passwords that you will be able to quickly remember along with keeping your account secure. See xkcd.com/936 for how the computer creates the passwords.
The passwords this skill creates are not stored anywhere at anytime. For this reason you can't retrieve forgotten passwords.
If you need better security, you can always substitute numbers for letters (For example, the letter o turns into a 0 (zero).
