This skills is the voice interface to the PG&E Pilot program. Once the system is set up, you can query your electricity costs, asks when is a good time to run your appliances, and other useful energy related requests.
When you ask for your total electricity use, the energy use (kWh) comes from your smart meter.
When you ask for a device electricity use, this is the actual electricity usage for one of the device you have configured.
When you ask when is a good time to run an appliance, the energy usage is an estimate for an average appliance. This will work whether or not you are using smart appliances.
