By using Philio Insight you can control the dimmer value or turn on(off) the switch. To control the Philio Insight with Alexa you need:
• Get a Philio home gateway hardware and controllable device (switch or dimmer)
• Download the Philio Insight App
• Login the Home Gateway using Philio Insight
• Go go Setting / Other Setting / Voice Control
• Sign-in with your Gmail Account && enable Alexa Service
• Download Amazon Alexa app from Amazon Market, Google Play or iOS App Store, and connect Echo with "Alexa" app
• Search the Alexa Skills directory for "Philio Insight"
• Click Enable skill of "Philio Insight", then login your Gmail Account
• Discover devices in Alexa app
