Control your connected devices on your Powerley Energy Bridge with your voice using the Powerley Smart Home Skill.
To enable this skill, you will need to generate your 9 digit authorization code provided by the Powerley-enabled mobile application within the "My Devices" section.
This skill will allow you to tell Alexa to turn on/off your different named devices, as well as control your thermostat(s) connected to the Powerley Energy Bridge, all with simple voice commands.
For example...
"Alexa, turn on the kitchen light"
"Alexa, turn off the bathroom light"
"Alexa, set thermostat to 72 degrees"
"Alexa, turn on the coffee machine"
You can edit the names of all of your connected devices via the Powerley App. Tap and hold on any device to configure its settings and adjust its name. Once you've changed the name of the device, remember to ask Alexa to rediscover your Energy Bridge devices by saying... "Alexa, discover devices"
Once discovery is complete, you can refer to the device's new name in a voice command.
