How it works: Once you have connected the Smart Sound Soother to your Wi-Fi network and linked it to your Amazon Account, you can use any AVS speaker to control your sound soother. Simply say, “Alexa, Ask smart soother to…” followed by the command. Here are a few examples:
“Alexa, ask smart soother to play sound 1-6 on {Device Name}” “Alexa, ask smart soother to stop music on {Device Name}” “Alexa, ask smart soother to set volume 1-10 on {Device Name}” “Alexa, ask smart soother to turn on/off nightlight of {Device Name}” “Alexa, ask smart soother to set light level 1-3 on {Device Name}” “Alexa, ask smart soother to set timer 15/30/60 minutes on {Device Name}”
The prerequisites: You must have an Amazon account, an Echo device, a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, the App named 'Smart Soother' on mobile device, and the product Project Nursery Smart Sound Soother (Model # PNA201).
The steps to get started:
1.Download the 'Smart Soother' App from Apple App Store or Android Google Play store 2.Connect your Smart Sound Soother Product to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz) through the 'Smart Soother' App, and rename the device. 3.Log in to your Amazon account in the 'Smart Soother' App with the account you use for your Amazon Alexa App. 4. Using your Amazon Alexa App, search for the skill “Smart Soother” in the Skills store. Enable the Smart Soother skill in the Alexa App.
