Stay connected with your retirement savings accounts with the Prudential skill. Get your retirement savings plan account balance, annual rate of return and outstanding loan balance – all with the power of your voice. Just say, “Alexa, ask Prudential Retirement for my account balance.”
Enable the skill and link your account from the Alexa companion app. You can sign in with your Prudential Retirement username and password* on the account linking page. During the account linking process, you can create a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for future inquiries.
Once enabled, here are some voice commands that you can use with your Prudential Retirement online account:
To open the skill, say “Alexa, open Prudential Retirement” To check your account balance, say “Alexa, ask Prudential Retirement for my account balance”
Use the Prudential skill to stay up to date with your Prudential retirement savings plan accounts:
• Defined Contribution Plan – such as a 401(k), 403(b), 457, 401(a) plan • Pension – Defined Benefit Cash Balance Plan • Non-Qualified Plan
Alexa will provide account balance, vested amount, outstanding loan balance and annual rate of return as applicable to the account.
