QuickFit Workout is a perfect skill for getting some quick and randomized exercises in for the day at home! There's an arsenal of different exercises depending on what you want to do! Just ask Alexa to "Start Quick Fit Workout." Each set provides an always randomized order of exercises to follow and will track reps for you per workout. Each exercise is proven to increase energy levels, improve metabolism, lower stress levels, and helps to burn fat. So why not!! do a QuickFit workout when you're bored or don't have enough time to go to the gym!!
At any point if you need a break, need to take phone call, or anything, you can always tell Alexa to pause and the skill will close and save where you left off. Upon opening Alexa will ask whether you finished your workout, and continue on from there! The Alexa Companion app is used with this skill, and can be found here:
