Now you can enhance your experience with voice control to manage your product and create a smart home with the Amazon Alexa app.
To get started, select "Enable to use," connect your Racold account* and start searching for your water heater. After connecting Alexa to your Racold product, try giving some commands** such as: "Alexa, raise the temperature of the water heater" or "Alexa, what is the temperature of the water heater?"
*To connect Alexa to Racold NET, you must use the Racold NET account, which is the account you created and used to control your Racold connected product.
**When using this Skill, you must specify the name of the water heater. You can set it directly within the Alexa app.
