RadioA1A® is an affiliate of the A1A Media Network (A1A Media LLC) and was created in 2013 by Harry Teaford in Islamorada, Florida with a goal and mission to broadcast Tropical Music, Entertainment, News and Information to the world from the Florida Keys. RadioA1A® studios are located at the 81 mile-marker oceanside on US 1 (FL State Road A1A). The A1A Media Network also streams Country Music by independent songwriters on Cruisin’ Country Radio and Inspirational independent songwriters on Paradise Road Radio.
We have a close relationship with Tuff Duck Music Productions in Jackson, TN. They have embraced the ‘Tropical Americana’ music format and provide independent artists with advanced studio production, music distribution/publishing, marketing, and management. Tuff Duck Music has relationships with state of the art and established recording studios in Memphis, Nashville, and Muscle Shoals, Alabama.
RadioA1A® News Director and Local Programming Producer is Keys Radio veteran, Mark Mills from Key Largo. Our Medical Programming is hosted and produced by world renowned surgeon, Dr. Bob McLellan from Marathon Key. Dr. Bob’s medical Moments air 4 times daily on RadioA1A® to educate and discuss healthcare issues that affect all of us. Dr. Bob also delivers our daily National and International News reports.
Lyle & Sonya Wilson host The Weekly Trop 40 ‘Tropical Americana’ Music Official Top 40 Countdown each Sunday at Noon, live from RadioA1A® studios.
