Alexa can now turn your electronic devices on and off with voice commands when they are connected to a Rangehood. You are now truly the master of your universe. Tell Alexa to turn on the living room light and it shall be done. Tell Alexa to turn off the fan in the bedroom and your wish is granted.
Setting up your Rangehood to interface with Alexa is an easy three step process. 1. Open the Smart Home screen in the Alexa app, select "Get More Smart Home Skills", find "Rangehood" and press "Enable Skill". 2. Follow the instruction of the Alexa app to key in your registered email and password that you will receive after step 1. 3. Use the Alexa app or intelligent voice control to discover the Rangehood device in your home network. (The default Rangehood device name is "Rangehood". If you find more than one "Rangehood" in the same network, use the Rangehood app to give them distinct names and repeat step 3.)
