This skill allows existing Reliant Energy electricity customers to check their account balance, make a payment, get their energy usage, and more. When you setup the skill we will ask for your Reliant Energy username and password, which will be used to link Alexa with your Reliant Energy account. This is the same username and password that you use today on Reliant.com to access your online account management area. Once the skill is enabled, and you're connected, say: “Alexa, ask Reliant…”
