This skill helps keep track of how many repetitions you do. ️
For example, say your goal is to do 2800 squats in one month. After doing 20 squats you just say "Alexa, ask Rep Keeper to add 20 to my squat count". Your squat count will then 20 and Alexa will remember this. If you want to check what your squat goal is, just say "Alexa, ask Rep Keeper what my squat count is".
Setting Daily Goals ✅:
You can also set yourself a daily goal. For example, if you decide that you wanted to do 100 squats a day, you just say "Alexa, ask Rep Keeper to set my daily squat goal to 100". Once you've added 100 squats to your squat count, Alexa will tell you that you've completed your daily goal. To check what your daily goal is, just say "Alexa, ask Rep Keeper what my daily goal is?".
Setting Records :
Want to challenge yourself? See how many squats you can do in one go and Alexa will remember your record. For example if you do 80 squats in a row, say "Alexa, ask Rep Keeper to set my squat record to 80". When you set a record, this is automatically added to your squat count. Next time, check what your record is by saying "Alexa, ask Rep Keeper what my squat record is" See if you can beat it!
Exclusive Features (If you have a Fraser Fitness Squat Mat) :
If you have a Fraser Fitness Squat Mat, you can set records per colour. For example, say the maximum amount of squats you can do on blue is 90. Then you can say "Alexa, ask Rep Keeper to set my blue squat record to 90." This will automatically be added to your squat count. Then next time you can say "Alexa, ask Rep Keeper what my blue squat record is" and try to beat it!
Enjoy!
