The RIA Genie skill allows users to track their trading notes with clients.
Getting Started with RIA Genie
Step 1: Enable Skill RIA Genie through the Alexa app
Step 2: Go to https://genie.riagenie.com and sign in using your Amazon username and password. (We use Log In With Amazon)
Step 3: Start building out your client database either by adding clients individually by clicking the Add A New Client button in the top right corner, or importing groups using a CSV file. We recommend using only the last 4 digits of an account number.
Step 4: Now that you have built your database, we need to configure the accounts by training Genie with your voice. Say “Alexa, Open Advisor Genie” and then “Configure a new account”.
Step 5: Next, when configuring an account, follow the directions and you will need to reference the account number that you used for each client in the database.
Step 6: Now that you have trained Genie by connecting an account number to the client’s phonetic name, you can begin taking notes. Either ask Alexa to “Open Advisor Genie” and follow the instructions or for quicker access say “Alexa, ask Advisor Genie to add a meeting note”.
Step 7: Next, log into https://genie.riagenie.com web app to see your notes and make changes using the edit tab if needed. If you are having issues, email us at hello@riagenie.com to set up a training call.
