You get a point for saying "rodger", to confirm Alexa will reply "over", and then your score. You can then say rodger again to get another point. Your current high score will always be saved even after the skill closes. You can check the top score in the world by saying score board. Each entry on the global score board will have initials, which you will be prompted on the first time to enter (You can not change initials after they've been set).
