Explore a new way to check your Salem Five account balances, pending transactions and more using voice commands! The new Salem Five Banking Skill is a convenient way to securely access your account information and transaction history quickly.
It’s quick and easy to get started, simply enable this skill, complete account linking by linking your online account and creating a security code. For security purposes, you will be asked for your security code whenever you open the skill.
Once you’ve enabled the skill, say “Alexa, open Salem Five”.
Here are a few voice commands that you can use -
• Ask for a summary of your information: o “My account summary” (Alexa will say each available account type, the last 4-digits of the account number, and the available balance) o “List my accounts” (Alexa will list each available account type and the last 4-digits of the account number)
• Ask for account balance information: o “What is my checking account balance? o “What is my balance for savings account ending in - - - - ?
• Ask for recent transactions: o “What are my checking account recent transactions?” o “What are my recent transactions for my savings account ending in - - - - ?”
• Customer support information: o “What is the customer support number?” o “What are the customer support hours?”
• Routing number: o “What is the routing number?”
