WHAT YOU CAN ASK ALEXA TO DO FOR YOU
The ShippingEasy Alexa skill allows you to do the following:

• Get details about your orders and shipments on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Purchase and print labels for orders with rate quotes
• Purchase postage for your account
• Check your postage balance
• Review your unfulfilled orders
• Print packing slips and pick lists for your orders



Follow these three simple steps to start managing your ShippingEasy account with the power of your voice.

1. Go to “Skills” in the Alexa app. Browse or search for ShippingEasy.
2. Select "Enable" and link your ShippingEasy account to your Amazon account by entering your ShippingEasy username and password.
3. Get started by saying “Alexa, open ShippingEasy” and then one of the phrases listed below.

JUST ASK SHIPPINGEASY.

First say, "Alexa, open ShippingEasy” and then try saying,

• "How many orders do I have"
• "How many orders did I get today”
• "How many orders did I ship today”
• “What’s my newest order”
• “What’s my oldest order”
• "What is my postage balance"
• "Buy 20 dollars postage for my USPS account"
• "Buy and print labels for all orders with a rate quote"
• "Print all packing slips"
• "Print pick lists for all orders"
• "I need help”

After asking, “What’s my newest/oldest order”, you can say:

• “What’s the order number”
• "Buy and print label"
• “Print packing slip"
• “What’s the rate”
• “What’s the carrier”
• “What’s the service”
• “What’s the packaging”
• “What’s the destination”
• "who is the recipient"
• “Next order”
• “Previous order”

You can also launch the ShippingEasy skill with a question by saying the following:

• “Ask ShippingEasy how many orders I got today”
• “Ask ShippingEasy how many orders I shipped today”
• “Ask ShippingEasy how many orders I have”
• “Ask ShippingEasy to buy and print labels for all orders”
• “Ask ShippingEasy to print all packing slips”
• “Ask ShippingEasy to print all pick lists”
• “Ask ShippingEasy for my postage balance”
• “Ask ShippingEasy to buy 20 dollars of postage”
• “Ask ShippingEasy what my oldest order is”
