The following commands are supported:
start situp challenge to launch the skill start a challenge to start the daily challenge reset [Number of Situps you were able to do] to calibrate the app to your current level (this has to be done at first before you can start)
Report whether you succeeded in doing the instructed situps by re-launching the skill and simply saying "success" or "fail"!
Don't worry if you fail sometimes, sticking to it is the key to successful training!
