My job is to make calling phone lines easier for you. For example, I can call overloaded hotline numbers for you. I can also help, if you have problems reading numbers, or if you can not operate your telephone for other reasons.
If you want to make a call, I will call your contact on the normal phone line. When the contact picks up, I will call your phone, and connect you both. I can try this many times over, and your phone only rings once I have reached your contact. This way you can save a lot of time and can finally get through to your destination. Currently you can only call mobile and land lines, as well as toll free numbers. Please note that Emergency calls are not possible.
To get started, you first need to enter your own phone number where I can reach you. I will send you a password to confirm this number. If you are using a land line, I will call you with the password instead.
The calls to your contacts are coming from you. This means they will see your phone number as the caller ID. This is necessary, so your contacts know who is calling them. Also, when we connect you, you will see the caller ID of the calling party in the display.
To start a call, simply say something like "please call 734 112 1234". Smart Operator will confirm the number and start trying to reach that contact. You can also save contacts by saying: "Save new contact". Smart Operator will then ask the name and number of that contact and store it. You can now say stuff like "open Smart Operator to call John", to start calls immediately.
In the beginning you have 3 calls free. if you like Smart Operator, you can recharge your balance with more calls. Because Smart Operator is using the normal telephone lines, it can not work completely free. However, Smart Operator does not charge by the minute, so you can call as long as you want.
