These calming sounds help you fall asleep easier and get higher quality sleep, but they are also great for meditation, relaxation, tinnitus management and blocking out distracting noises.
HOW TO USE: Start by saying "Alexa, open/launch Sound Oasis Therapy" and Alexa will ask you what sound you would like to hear. If you use a device with a display, you can simply tap on the display to open the sound page with a description and then navigate with the Play and Return buttons. To start a sound immediately or to change sounds while a sound is playing, just say "Alexa, play Ocean Surf” or another sound of choice. Say "Alexa, play next/previous" to play the next or previous sound on the list. To play a random sound, say "Alexa, play random". For a full list of available sounds, say "Alexa, show/tell me a list of sounds”. To listen to the sound’s description, say "Alexa, tell me about Ocean Surf". By default, Sleep Therapy Sounds will play your selected sound until you say "Alexa, stop/pause", but you can set a custom timer by saying "Alexa, play Ocean Surf for 5 hours and 30 minutes" or any other time duration. Each Sound Oasis sound track is 8 hours long, but you can ask Alexa to play your chosen sound for as long as you like. Say "Alexa, help" to explore all available voice commands that work on all devices.
