This skill will be used to control a web app that will be used in medical transcriptions. The skill will allow hands free control of the app and just by using voice commands through Alexa.
There is a companion application called surgeonvoice.com that users need to log into first. Upon login surgeon can record notes using voice commands through Alexa. Two key commands are record and stop.
Record [section] will record the section being dictated. Section can be one of the four: procedure, findings, recommendation and impression. Stop will stop the recording.
The key benefit in using this skill is that it enables hands-free operation of surgeon-voice. This can let the surgeon operate without the need to shift focus during surgery.
