T-Mobile with Alexa is a convenient and easy way to make and receive hands-free calls on your Alexa-enabled device. T-Mobile postpaid customers can link their existing T-Mobile phone number to their Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Show and make and receive calls when their phone is out of reach, turned off, or out of battery. In times of emergency, Alexa can call for help, by saying, “Alexa, call 911.” You are required to provide T-Mobile with the address at which all Alexa devices associated with your account are being used in order to support routing of 911 calls to your local authorities. All devices linked to the same line must be used at the same location, and you agree to update that address before using them in another location. If you update the 911 address using Alexa or any other device, it will update the 911 registered location for all devices linked with that line. Never miss a call again- answer mobile calls on Alexa devices.
