This Alexa skill counts rounds and rests of your tabata training. Tabata is great to get a quick workout in if you're short on time, you need to switch up your routine, or you want improve endurance and speed. Tabata is a four-minute form of high intensity interval training (HIIT). A tabata workout is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of exercising followed by 10 seconds of rest.
First you need to activate the skill. Later you can use the following intents: * Begin a tabata with … sets * Start a workout with … sets * Start a tabata cycle with … sets * Open tabata with … sets
+++NEW+++ From now on you can customize the number of Tabata circuits, sets and breaks. You can do more or less than eight rounds. You can even adjust how many seconds a single set or a break should last: Sets default to 20 seconds. Rest between intervals defaults to 10 seconds. All these values can now be changed.

Any exercise movement can be used in Tabata interval training. You can do Tabata training with weights or simple body weight exercises. No equipment is needed.
