After downloading the Talkspace Skill, just say the words “Alexa, open Talkspace.” Cue up a breathing exercise, listen to your therapist’s latest messages, or simply learn more about whether Talkspace is right for you.
Once you are in the Talkspace skill, you can say:

HOW DO I CONNECT MY TALKSPACE ACCOUNT TO ALEXA?
To connect Alexa to your Talkspace account, go to the Amazon Alexa app on your phone. Search ‘skills’ for Talkspace and enable the skill. Once the skill is enabled, follow the account-linking instructions.
