If you are experiencing a medical, non-emergency situation and want to make an appointment, simply say “Alexa, I want to talk to a doctor” to your supported Alexa-enabled device. First time customers need to answer a few short questions from Alexa before connecting with a Teladoc member services agent to help establish a Teladoc account and schedule a visit. Expect a call back on your Alexa from a Teladoc doctor. The cost per visit is as low as $0 per visit with insurance or $75 per visit without insurance.
