David Bramante is a conscious parent, has a plant-based diet, lives in Los Angeles, reads about persuasion, predicts technology, and loves real estate. In between graduating from Palisades High and attending Otis College in LA, he bought his first investment property in Echo Park. He became a residential Realtor at Sotheby's at age 23, and then a commercial broker at Marcus & Millichap at age 28. He is currently a partner at Beach Canyon (a Venice real estate team), the founder of BRE Investment (an Echo Park real estate team), and the Assistant Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty Silicon Beach.
