Welcome to The Sound of Water by WaterAid. Drift away to the far corners of the world as you listen to the calming sound of rivers, lakes, and waterfalls. To get started, just say “Alexa, open The Sound of Water”

SKIP STREAMS

You can listen to water sounds from Pakistan, Uganda, Zambia, England, Madagascar or Nepal. If you know the stream you want, simply ask for it directly by saying e.g. “Alexa, ask the Sound of Water to Play Zambia” or say “Alexa, ask the Sound of Water to list streams” to hear the location list . You can also say “Alexa, skip streams” to switch to a different water sound.

SET A SLEEP TIMER

Each stream is around 45 minutes long but you can set a sleep timer by saying “Alexa, open The Sound of Water for 20 minutes”, or for however long you’d like. Once the stream has started, you can also set up a timer by saying “Alexa, set a sleep timer for 20 minutes”.
