The Three Good Things skill is intended to increase happiness and a sense of well being
Each night before you go to sleep: 1. Think of three good things that happened today. 2. Tell them to Alexa. 3. Whenever you are feeling unhappy or depressed, ask Alexa to read all good experiences for today or yesterday or one week or one month or all of them 4. Do this exercise for at least one week and you can see for yourself the improvement in your happiness levels
This method was created by psychologist Martin Seligman, father of Positive Psychology and has been scientifically demonstrated to be Very effective.
