Once you’ve enabled the skill, say "Alexa open T-I-A-A"

To hear your balance (linking required):
· "What is my portfolio balance"

· "What is my brokerage balance?"

To find the nearest TIAA advisor / office:
· "Get me the nearest Advisor"
· "Locate the nearest Advisor"
· "Find the nearest Office"

To get market stock quotes or symbol lookups:
· "Fetch quote for Amazon"
· "Show me quote for Amazon"
· "I want a quote for Amazon"
· "Fetch symbol for Amazon"
· "I want the symbol for Amazon"

To get market performance:
· "How did the market perform"
· "How did the Dow Jones do"

To get the tax availability dates:
· "When will I receive my 5498"
· "When will I get my W-2"
· "When will I receive my retirement distributions tax documents"
· "When will I get my maturity payout tax form"

To start trivia game on TIAA:
· "Start a game"
· "Let’s play a game"

Note: The TIAA skill uses the user configured device location to find the nearest advisor and office. The user should have configured the device location in the Alexa companion app and also should have given consent to read the device location to find the advisor and office details.
Please make sure to say T-I-A-A when invoking the skill. The skill will only work when all 4 letters of our name are pronounced.
