This skill helps to improve staff accountability and patient care, improving operational efficiency. This skill require configuration of Alexa before use so that it can be used effectively. Configuration require "Organisation Name" (short abbreviation for any organisation provided by ourselve) and some room numbers or bed number where you want to configure your Alexa device. All steps are very simple (just follow the instruction as what Alexa says). After successful configuration, the device is ready to serve patient care for the configured room(s) or bed(s) number and hence improve staff accountability and operational efficiency. Patient or Staff is able to raise any task like (coffee, juice, honey and so on) from the device.
