- Alexa, set Living Room to 73 degrees - Alexa, lower Upstairs by 2 degrees - Alexa, raise my thermostat by 3 degrees
If you have any problems linking your TXU iThermostat account, call TXU Energy at 1-844-820-2914 or visit txu.com/ithermostat. Check the iThermostat app for help using your iThermostat. Your device works best with Alexa powered by a ‘c-wire’ or USB micro power supply. All touchscreen TXU iThermostats are c-wired. If your device runs on battery power only, you may experience a slight delay between giving a command and your thermostat responding.
