Conduct simple, everyday banking tasks for your U.S. Bank checking, savings or credit card accounts with help from Alexa.
Once you’ve enabled the skill, follow the simple instructions to link your account, provided within the Alexa companion app. Securely log in with your online banking username and password, then create a unique four-digit security code, which you’ll be prompted for each time you invoke the U.S. Bank skill.
After linking your account, say ‘Alexa, open U.S. Bank…’ Once you’ve been authenticated, you can:

Ask for account balance information:
“Alexa, ask U.S. Bank what’s my checking account balance?”
“Alexa, ask U.S. Bank how much do I owe on my credit card?”

Ask for recent transactions:
“Alexa, ask U.S. Bank what are the most recent transactions on my credit card?”
“Alexa, ask U.S. Bank to give me more details on my checking account transactions.”

Ask for due dates:
“Alexa, ask U.S. Bank when is my next credit card bill due?”

Pay your credit card bill:
“Alexa, make a payment.”
