In order to send details of your requests, The UCHealth skill will need to access your Name and Phone number.
You can give the permission by going to the home screen in your Alexa app, and then open the UCHealth skill, then open settings, and click on manage permissions, and then check the boxes for full name and phone number, and press the “save permissions” button.
