Virtual Archive; A cataloguing application from which users can organize, store and retrieve information about items and catalogues.
Virtual Archive provides the users with the following functions. And you can use the commands next to them, to execute these functions.
1. Create catalogues #ask virtual archive to create catalogue by name (catalogue)
2. View all the catalogues #ask virtual archive to view all the catalogs
3. Delete catalogues #ask virtual archive to delete catalog by name (catalogue)
4. Add items to the catalogues with a description for each item #ask virtual archive to add (item) to (catalogue) saying (description)
5. View items in a catalogue #ask virtual archive to view items in (catalogue)
6. View the description of each item #ask virtual archive to tell the description of (item) in (catalogue)
7. Update description of each item #ask virtual archive to update description of (item) in (catalogue) into (description)
8. Delete items #ask virtual archive to delete item (item) from (catalogue)
9. View the catalogue of an item (in case you forget the catalogue name of an item) #ask virtual archive to tell me the catalogue of (item)
10. Set reminders for items - (User can set a date and a description as the reminder) #ask virtual archive to add reminder to (item) in (catalogue) saying (reminder description) Then Alexa asks the reminder date #tuesday / tomorrow / 19th of November / next Monday
11. View the reminder of an item #ask virtual archive to show the reminder of (item) in (catalogue)
11. View the reminders set for today #ask virtual archive to list the reminders set for today
12. View the recent reminders #ask virtual archive to view recent reminders
13. View all the reminders #ask virtual archive to view every reminder
14. Update the reminder description and date #ask virtual archive to update reminder of (item) in (catalogue) Alexa asks for a new description for the reminder # (description) - if you don't want to change the description, you can say 'do not change the description'
15. Delete reminders #ask virtual archive to delete reminder of (item) in (catalogue)

17. Launch #open virtual archive
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * At some times, Alexa can ask for some missing information (catalogue name, item name, reminder date) in your command. You have to say the required inputs, in order to execute your command.
* When the skill is launched (when the user says open virtual archive) and you are going to execute a command, you don't need to use 'ask virtual archive to' phrase. You can just say the command after that. eg: create new catalogue , add item, set reminder
* Apart from that, user always needs to use 'ask virtual archive to' phrase before every command.
* When the skill is launched, system will automatically remind the user, about the reminders user has set for today.
* When updating description , if you want to keep the previous description, you can say ‘no change’
* If inputs for multiple words are not working, you can use single word inputs for catalogue names, item names and descriptions. And it is always recommended to use the single line commands.
* If you continuously get ‘Can you say it again...’ response, you may ask an invalid command of the skill or your session for the previous command may still be active. You can say cancel and try again with the same command or you can view the above description about the commands , to check whether your command is correct.
