Voice Engagement allows you to engage and provide feedback – BY VOICE
Participating in a voice engagement is simple – just say “Alexa, launch Voice Engagement”, and you will be prompted for an Engagement name to begin. From that point forward, Voice Engagement will prompt you with questions. Just reply by voice!
Voice Engagement will ask you questions about your satisfaction (such as rating it 1 to 5) and also ask for you to provide your comments by voice. Additional questions may be added over time.
Answer the questions to completion, and your responses will be submitted.
