Use your voice to access your productivity apps on the cloud. You can use Voice One to manage files on your cloud drives, manipulate spreadsheets, and manage your calendars.
In order to use Voice One, you need to link to your account to you use for your drive and calendar (Google or Microsoft). Currently, the Voice One skills can do more with Google accounts than Microsoft.
To start using Voice One: “Alexa, open Voice One”
You will be greeted by Makin who is the helper at Voice One.
When you access Voice One skill for the first time, you can try asking Makin “what is on my calendar”. If you haven’t linked your account yet, you will be prompted with a “Link Account” card on your Alexa app home screen. Please proceed with the account linking process.
After the account linking is completed, you can try a few other phases. Some examples: “What’s on my calendar” “Add lunch at 12:30pm”
On the drive, you can try: “What’s on my shopping list” “Add apple to my shopping list” Then you can see the result on your drive and share the file with others if you wish to.
