VoiceFriend StaffAlert™ notifies on-duty staff members in a VoiceFriend community when a Senior needs their attention for general assistance . Seniors invoke the skill and notifications are sent to on-duty staff via Text Message, Voice Message and/or Email message. This skill is intended for use by seniors at a senior living community or an affiliated program - with an active license agreement with VoiceFriend.
Emergency assistance should not be requested through StaffAlert. StaffAlert is not a substitute for dedicated Medical Alert Systems or municipal emergency phone systems (911). It can only be used to notify internal staff for general assistance.
